Compilation of a scheduling manualWhile introducing a time scheduling system, we will also develop a scheduling manual or support you in compiling one. A manual may include time planning processes, planning hierarchies, company related coding, visualizing and communication.

Scheduling workshopsIn order to resolve urgent planning problems, we offer special scheduling workshops. Based on the problem and the documents, we analyze the current planning situation and develop possible solutions. In a joint full-day workshop with the project leader and planner, we present the results of our analysis and agree on a solution scenario. This scenario is then applied to an exemplary problem during the workshop and elaborated even more. At the end of the workshop, we will have come up with a solution that can be applied to the whole problem. We support you in implementing the concept. Depending on the complexity and extent of the problem, several workshops might be necessary.
The workshop’s advantage is its compact, fast and targeted approach. We provide an immediate solution to an urgent problem.

Examples
  • Remaining time project: The planning structure chosen at the beginning of the project is usually not sufficient to manage the requirements needed to complete the rest of the project.
  • Claim: Evaluation, and documentation of the construction and project time extensions due to disruptions
  • Introduction of MS Project: Before, projects were planned using Excel, which is obviously less efficient than professional planning tools. At the end of the workshop, there will be a first project planned with the use of MS Project.
